This is not the product that I hoped for. The directions come on a small card in a wrinkled mess and the type is too small for anyone to read. The machine is simple and did nothing for my sciatica pain. I can't seem to get it to work the way it is described in the ad. It is just the right size for me, and I have the ability to set it just where it's needed to make me comfortable. The fabric is really nice. It seems durable like it is going to last for a long time. The pillow itself hasn't deformed or become misshapen. It's held its size and shape and it helping me so much everyday.
