I'm over 60 and have always been thin. I recently discovered that shapewear can help keep things in place a bit more like when I was younger. This binder is actually quite comfortable but effective at the same time. It does create a line where the hooks are in front, but unless you're wearing something really tight, it won't show through. I also like that this doesn't have the non-slip sticky elastic that can sometimes pinch. This is ventilated well so it does not feel too warm. The sizing seems to be appropriate. One of the vertical supports (boning) kept sliding out while fastening, but seems to stay in place while wearing. 7/1/25 Edit to add: I have worn this several times now and I am still happy with it. Read more

I do not feel over heated when wearing it. The compression is very light, so this would work as an everyday cincher. Read more
