I have horses and need to be outside or in the barn every day no matter how cold it is to take care of them. This hat is the BEST I've ever had! I was skeptical when I ordered it but here is why it is so great - incredibly comfortable (not too tight, very soft, well lined), the design is perfect - the bottom of the hat has an attached piece that goes around your collar/neck and closes with velcro and it truly does wonders keeping your neck warm all the way around! The mouth piece snaps on or off and is not lined but it still keeps wind and cold away from your nose and mouth. Hat covers ears and forehead completely. I can't say enough good about this item. In fact, I ordered another one because I know I will use it. I don't know when I have been this pleased with a product, and I admit I usually expect the worse from products made in other countries (this is made in China) but this is an exception to the rule.
