Quality material for dress conversion
This lace up panel feels quality and the satin material should blend with most satin white dresses. This was needed to convert a zipper back to lace up and was excellent. No concerns about durability as of yet and was by far the cheapest panel-style corset insert we found. Color was pure white. Plenty of instructions available on the internet for sewing in. Read more
Brilliant timesaver!
This made an alteration of a thrifted dress so darn easy! I’m an accomplished seamstress but was dreading the request to alter a dress for a client who wanted a corseted back. Whilst hunting for the black cording I found this and was thrilled. It fit perfectly and was very easy to install inside the fabric that used to house the old zipper. Looked great when finished and nobody could tell the dress had been changed. Read more

A breeze to install!
This was so easy to install. The dress was just a tiny bit too small and wouldn't zip. I took out the zipper, then stitched in this lacing kit with a sewing machine. In less than 30 minutes the dress was perfect! We were able to pull the laces pretty snug without anything ripping or popping loose. I wouldn't try to use this to lace tight like a real corset, though. The panel is wide enough add at least 4" to the back opening of a dress, maybe even 6". Read more
