I really like the look of this suit. It has an athletic look, like one would wear to play tennis or golf. While the top is a bit loose in the torso for me, I think that it would work out well for women with more of an apple figure because it doesn’t fit so snugly. It is also comfortable. The bottom does provide the coverage I want for myself and my ample backside. It appears to be of good quality, but I haven’t worn it yet. It's really cute, material feels nice and pretty well made. The bottoms fits as expected for the size, but the top is overly generous - the elastic top needed to be taken in 2 inches on each side which then made the arm hold gape a bit weird. Overall it fits okay, but the padding in the bra is more than I would expect for a tankini (I expect a more athletic fit than a curvey fit). Read more

I ordered this Summer Mae Blouson Tankini Swimsuits for Women Modest Tummy Coverage Bathing Suits with Skirt and Built-in Shorts for an upcoming family trip; we're taking my teenage son on a college visit, and the place where we're staying has a hot tub, so I needed a new swimsuit. I really like the tank top design of the top half of this tankini; I have an hourglass figure, and I'm a bit busty up top, so the tank gives me a bit more coverage. The tank top look is cute and modest; I don't have to worry about skinny straps sliding off my shoulders or a cut that shows too much cleavage. This swim suit is made from a solid and a printed fabric. The solid fabric is a blend of 82% nylon/18% elastane; the fabric is stretchy and opaque and comfortable to wear. The coordinating patterned fabric is a blend of 84% polyester/16% elastane. This fabric feels similar to the solid fabric and is also stretchy and comfortable to wear. There's also a lining fabric made from 90% polyester/10% elastane. Overall, I would say the suit is easy to put on and comfortable to wear. The tank top has a built in shelf bra that has two soft cups that are removable. I felt this soft bra fit fine; it's not a super structured swim bra, but it gave me enough support for hanging out in the hot tub. The soft cups and the dark navy fabric of the tank top were modest; I had the support and opacity I like in a tankini top. I ordered this in a size 14; my concern was finding a tankini top that fit properly. I can be tricky to fit in swimsuits that don't come in separate pieces; I have a very small waist and slim hips, but I'm definitaly curvy up top. I wear a M tee or a L in a button-down; depending on cut, I can wear an XL in some tops. I'm slim in the torso, but have what my bra salespady calls a "deep bust"; I wear a 32 or 34 band size, but a larger, non standard size cup. I wear a 6 in jeans and a S or M in a skirt. So my real concern was finding a top that fit; I gamed the size chart a little bit, and ordered a size 14, which has a chest measurement of 40"-42". This was slightly larger than my chest measurement, but it fit well; the shelf bra kept everything in place comfortably, and I had no issues with my bust sneaking through the band at the bottom of the bra. The bottom was larger than I needed, but I was surprised by how much I could ruche the laced part; the waistband is still big on me, but I was able to cinch it in quite a bit. I haven't decided yet whether I'm going to wear the little shorts/skirt bottom piece; it looks flirty and cute, but I'm worried that when it's wet, it might slide off me, since it is fairly large. I think I'm going to pack a pair of bike shorts, just in case. I may wear the skirt for hanging out, but then change into my own bike shorts before getting in the hot tub. The shorts under a skirt look is cute; I like the blue and white pattern on the skirt, and the navy under shorts are slimming and a comfortable length. I'm very pleased with the fit and support of the top; I didn't want a heavily engineered swim bra, but did want support, and this tank top provides that nicely. At the current price (37.99), I think this is a nice bargain on a supportive tankini; I usually get my swimsuits from my favorite bra store, and they can be very expensive. For under $40, this suit is modest, cute, and gives my chest enough support--I was very pleasantly surprised. I ordered this in the Blue Willow Trails pattern; the navy and white floral design is attractive, and the navy tank is figure-flattering and slimming. I like the cut in panels of the floral pattern on the sides of the tank top. and the navy shorts under the floral skirt. This is also available in five other colors/patterns. This tankini swimsuit is really cute and comfortable. I ordered a size 10 because that was the closest size available to my size at the time, but I usually wear between 6 and 8 depending on the type and style of clothing. I wear a 6 when it comes to looser sweatshirts etc. and 8 when it is more form fitting. This swimsuit seems true to size, as it is just a little loose, but wearable for me. I don't like anything tight. I don’t generally wear swimsuits, but I'm planning a vacation next summer and I hope to be spending a lot of time on the beach. Aside from being a little big, I love the way it fits and the style. It is conservative without being frumpy. The colors and fabric pattern is very pretty. It is also well-made. I think it will be great to take on my vacation. The price at the time of my order was very reasonable for a swimsuit that is well-made, attractive, and comfortable! Read more
