I have been looking for a good everyday sunscreen since dealing with basal-cell carcinoma recently (thank you, millennial tanning bed craze of the 00’s), but I have sensitive skin and sensitive eyes so it has been *a journey*. This sunscreen lotion is extremely moisturizing but once rubbed it it is perfectly glowy and not greasy on my skin. I’m usually very careful about not putting anything new on my face or any products that I haven’t looked into extensively, but had to put this lotion on my face in a pinch last week and I am absolutely floored by how much my skin loved it. Of course I avoid the eye area, but most sunscreens will irritate my eyes anyway through out wearing or sweating- not this one. It made my face dewy-looking but not greasy and I swear my skin has never looked better since putting this on. Even when I wash it off and go to bed, i wake up the next morning looking like a drank 3 gallons of water and ate a whole bundle of celery (I don’t know how celery is typically measured, but I imagine a bundle is a lot and will prove my point). I don’t know if it’s magic or a miracle, but this lotion is my new holy grail sunscreen and can really be applied everywhere. I will no longer be wasting my money on tiny tubes of overpriced facial sunscreens ever again. It does have a standard sunscreen smell that wears off after about an hour, but I like the sunscreen smell and almost prefer my spf to have one, so this is a solid 5-star purchase for me. Read more

Not as scented as regular sunscreen, not greasy at all. Dries down quickly and matte not shiny sticky or greasy at all. Great daily lotion. Great for dry days out like the zoo, picnic, hiking. I don’t ever leave reviews but I love this sunscreen lotion. I have very sensitive skin and I don’t like thick, sticky lotions. I lean more towards CeraVe lotions, which are thinner and rub into the skin easily. I wanted a full-body sunscreen lotion with a similar texture and gave this one a shot. It isn’t too thick and rubs in easily with no white cast. It smells INCREDIBLE, and the bottle is big enough to last weeks. It keeps my skin moisturized throughout the day and protects me from the sun. The bottle seems sturdy and functional. I’ve had no problems with it thus far. This is my new daily go-to lotion! I actually really like this sunscreen lotion, but it doesn't (and shouldn't) replace traditional sunscreen. I'm pale... Like alabaster pale; you can see my veins pale; get sunburns in the passenger seat of car in traffic over 60 minutes pale; my legs and arms are the same color and I don't own or wear pants in the south pale. So I went to Warped Tour in DC and brought and wore this sunscreen, religiously applying it every 60-90 minutes. Needless to say, it was the most sun I've had all summer. I didn't burnburn, but I did have a few spots on my arm where the freckles darkened and a few pink spots where maybe i sweated away some sunscreen. But the kicker was that when i removed my watch to clean off said sunscreen, the skin underneath was noticeably paler, so I actually "tanned" a bit while wearing this. Considering I'd like to look vaguely 30 for 30 more years, I was a little disappointed. That being said, i think this is a fantastic sunscreen replacement for short walks or adding to your morning driving to work routine where you want to protect your skin from short bursts of sun. It truly is moisturizing, non-greasy, and otherwise great for sensitive skin. Blue Lizard remains the best overall sunscreen I've ever used, but I'm not a fan of the mineral-sheen and stickiness it adds. I'll probably just keep both of these sunscreens in my summer routine. Pros: - Smells nice, like coconut, but not quite like traditional sunscreen coconut; it smells better. - Moisturizing quality is really nice and it does actually moisturize. - Non-streaky, non-greasy, non-sticky formula. - Good for sensitive skin. - Wearable on the face without clogging pores. (You'll still wanna wash it off later, but it didn't make me break out in a few hours.) - Good general daily sunscreen for driving or short walks and/or runs. Cons: - Parts of my body got darker while wearing this (and my freckles darkened), which makes me think it doesn't have good sun protection for long periods of time in direct sun (even when re-applied). - Isn't HSA eligible because it's a moisturizing lotion. This spf lotion is the only sun cream we want to use. Feels like lotion, not a sunscreen. Not sticky or thick or greasy. Smells nice. Perfect to wear daily for exposed skin protection; also great for the kids to wear before water activities. Easy to apply. Love. Love. Love. Read more
