This is our Second SunBrite TV as it’s Built for purpose weather resistant shell is what I need in hot humid environment on the Patio. The new v3 model is a true smart tv that replaced an eight year old model. Would have liked to get 10 years , but at the rate technology changes it’s nice to get the upgrade. I did contact tech support to discuss the prior tv which was out of warranty, great e-mail responses and set time to connect via phone call. A key factor in choosing to go with another SunBrite was this support. Amazon has occasional price reductions which is why choosing to source on Amazon new vs trying to repair vs another brand/hang an indoor tv etc…made sense for us. Read more

Company reviewed the details and came back with a great solution for my family. I am impressed with the company standing behind their products and their ability to take care of a customer. Would recommend the company to make things right. Original post; Bought this tv a little under 2 years ago. Power supply and board went out. Almost $1,000 to replace. For this expensive of a tv I would hope it would last longer or they would at least do something to improve the disappointment of a poor quality product. Read more

Veranda 3 Series 55 inch arrived, and the screen won’t turn on despite power and clear interaction between remote and tv. Google says solid blue LED could be a power supply, board, or firmware problem. Very disappointed that my two thousand dollar purchase doesn’t work and Sunbrite does not have weekend support. Best quality TV I’ve ever owned. My second one, my movers destroyed the first one. Works just as described in full sunlight. Works best under an umbrella, if possible. Read more

This TV has surpassed all my expectations!!! The clarity is better than my Samsung, sound is excellent and very loud, and the apps work great! I'm so happy! I just wish I had gotten the 65 inch! I'm sold! They have a customer for life! If anything happens in the next several months... I'll update my review. But as it stands right now, this was my best purchase this year! Read more

I purchased this for my backyard patio had it mounted to the side of my garage. The picture and sound are incredible . High winds and tornado came through Ohio and this TV didn’t budge and work perfectly. I will upload a photo when I get a chance Read more

The TV is perfect for evening/night viewing. During a sunny day, you will have a difficult time with glares and reflections. My TV is under a covered patio and out of the direct sun - but its almost unwatchable on a sunny day due to all the background reflection. With the Outside Day menu option chosen, the TV still looks dim and is very washed out. Read more
