Bought these to be my cheap pair of sunglasses to keep in the car, but they quickly became my go-to sunglasses I take everywhere. They're lightweight, but so sturdy, and they don't fall off my face so they're great for being active. They're cheap enough that I don't feel like I need to be careful with them, so they've successfully withstood being sat on and smooshed in places without a case. I also like that the lenses are on the darker side, and the frame shape is universally flattering, though I do wish the frames were a smidge smaller (which is a typical complaint from me, since I have a small face). I buy a pair of these glasses every 12-18 months. They tend to delaminate around the edges (I do leave them in my car so they are exposed to hot and cold temps) but they're so inexpensive that I enjoy getting a new color every year or 2! Never had them break or scratch on me and I think the level of darkness on the lens is perfect. Read more

I was immediately impressed at how these sunglasses fit my small face, and are lightweight and comfortable. I purchased the black frames with gray lenses, and was pleased that the lenses are not dark. The lenses greatly reduce the glare from light bouncing off hot concrete, and the polarization does not distort signage like some sunglasses do. I ordered these Sungait Vintage Round Sunglasses after reading an NY Times article by Wirecutter on “inexpensive sunglasses”. These are great sunglasses, very stylish, and a terrific value for the price. The sunglasses are not only polarized and have UV protection but come with a fabric case, a lens wiping cloth, and a little tool to tighten the frame arm screws. The sunglasses were also very well packaged, more so than a more expensive pair of sunglasses I purchased at the same time but since returned. Highly recommend. Read more
