The listing says that this is intended as an "oversize" sweater, and that is accurate. In particular, it tends to be large around the waist, while the shoulders are sized more conventionally. It is moderately warm without feeling heavy or bulky. I like that it is machine washable, but wish that it could be placed in the dryer without damage. The sweater is not bulky for being a cable knit, it lays nice and flat against your body, the material is soft and flexible, not see-thru, zero odor and arrived in a see-thru plastic bag inside a box. This is a very good quality knit sweater, with tightly woven cable detailing. This is higher quality than you would expect for the price. It is made to be oversized - and it truly is. The size small description indicates a 44” bust - so it fits very generously. It is a boxy cut, and the ribbed knit at the bottom does little to reduce the boxy shape. The sleeves are also a little fatter and longer than I like, so I rolled them to form a cuff. The description says cropped styling, but it really is not. Simply just an inch or two shorter than I would expect from a normal sweater. It is a good length to wear with jeans or leggings. So bottom line - in all the pictures in the Amazon listing, the model has the sweater tucked in some fashion for a photo shoot. But if actually wearing the sweater, it will be bulkier than those photos show. And in the end, I will wear this and be happy with the purchase. Read more
