Purchased this so our kid could see old movies without major screen time. Great product, great price, love that it can support a bunch of formats (like CD, USB, etc). It's a pretty big size for most portable DVD players which we're happy with. Good buttons, product isn't too heavy, and works easily and beautifully. Very happy. Great for the car or even just for when you don't need your kid on a real screen. Read more
As an avid traveler and a parent, I recently purchased the SUNPIN 11" Portable DVD Player for our family road trips. Let me share my in-depth review of this fantastic device that has made our journeys more enjoyable. 1. Brightness-Enhanced Screen: Clear and Vibrant Visuals The SUNPIN DVD player boasts a 9.5-inch HD swivel screen that truly impressed me. Whether it’s daytime or nighttime, the screen remains bright and vivid. The high brightness LCD technology ensures that even in direct sunlight, you won’t miss a single detail of your favorite movies. The colors pop, and the clarity is remarkable. 2. Long Battery Life: Entertainment for Hours The built-in 2500mAh lithium battery is a game-changer. With a single full charge, you get 5 to 6 hours of uninterrupted playback. No more worrying about running out of juice during long drives! Plus, SUNPIN uses a polymer lithium battery, which is safer and more reliable than standard lithium-ion batteries. 3. Dual Earphone Jacks: Peaceful Co-Viewing Traveling with kids? The double earphone jacks are a thoughtful addition. Now both my children can enjoy their favorite movies simultaneously using their headphones. It’s a sanity-saver for parents—no more sibling arguments over what to watch! 4. Extra Headrest Mount Case: Perfect for Backseat Entertainment The included headrest mount holder strap case is a brilliant feature. We attach the DVD player to the back of the front seat, and voilà! Our little ones have their private cinema right in the car. It’s especially handy during long trips when boredom sets in. The kids stay engaged, and we get some peaceful driving time. 5. Last Memory Function: Pick Up Where You Left Off Ever paused a movie and struggled to find the exact spot where you left off? Not anymore! The SUNPIN PDVD969 remembers the last point you watched. Whether you’re watching a movie or listening to music, it resumes from the break point. A small but essential feature for a seamless viewing experience. 6. Accessories and Compatibility: A Complete Package. The package includes the DVD player, the headrest mount case, and a car charger. Additionally, it supports various media types: CD, SVCD, DVD, and VCD. You can also play content from SD cards and USB drives. Versatility at its best! Conclusion: Why SUNPIN Stands Out In summary, the SUNPIN 11" Portable DVD Player is a reliable companion for road trips, flights, or even lazy afternoons at home. It combines excellent screen quality, long battery life, and thoughtful features like dual earphone jacks and the headrest mount case. Whether you’re a parent, a frequent traveler, or just someone who loves movies on the go, this DVD player is worth every penny. I hope this review helps you make an informed decision! If you have any questions or need further details, feel free to ask. Happy travels! 🚗🎥🍿 Read more

I bought the New Portable DVD Player SUNPIN originally for trips, but I know it will become something even more special for our family. Every time we have a family gathering at Grandma’s house, this DVD player will be something we won’t want to be without. The screen quality is clear, the sound is great, and it’s very easy to use. It’s lightweight and the battery lasts long enough to keep my child happily entertained while the adults enjoy catching up. I would absolutely purchase it again. It’s practical, reliable, and I’m sure it will continue being part of our family gatherings, bringing enjoyment, convenience, and peace of mind every time we use it. Read more
This worked well like twice, after that it needed to be plugged in while it was on and would work the whole time as long as the plug remained in it, after a little while longer even after plugged in overnight and run while still plugged in it only lasted around 20 minutes before it died and needed another overnight charge. It was never left in extreme temperatures, it was never spilled on, never dropped. There is no perceivable reason it should not work. It was a disappointing purchase and I would not advise buying it. I had a philips player with a second screen. I bought this to replace the player cuz it went bad. I tried hooking up the second screen (via standard AV IN/OUT scenario and cable provided) and it would not play the video on the second screen. I can get sound if i plug into the Audio on the 2nd screen, but not the video... and using the AV its just snow. Thought this connection was a standard and that it should work fine... but no joy. Not really a deal breaker, but disappointed as it should be able to be used for two seats as was my intention. follow up... turns out the AV cable wasn't quite compatible... looks identical, but I found another one and it seems to work that said, further use has brought up these issues.. -once its folded up you can't control basic functions (volume) except with remote -remote is very picky and when the unit is the seat strap, the remote is almost useless -trying different things, but a non-working remote is a deal breaker.. might have to return Read more
