I just received this and tried it on, my initial review is based on first impressions - I have not worn this in the pool/beach. I am so impressed by the quality of the material. It really is so much better than more popular and affordable brands I have purchased off Amazon. The tummy control is great without it being too tight. It is a deep plunge but I am small chested (34B) and don't think I will have any issues with that. I ordered an 8 and am normally a true medium, occasionally a small because of my smaller bust. The print is gorgeous. I was looking for a black bathing suit with some color to it. This is it. It's a splurge and I hope to get years of wear for the price tag. I am expecting that it will not pill like lesser quality, less expensive bathing suits do. I will update once I start wearing it regularly. Read more

I really was hoping for miracles from this higher end bathing suit. Miracles that maybe my usual 30-50 dollar suits just can't perform. So I pulled the trigger on the black suit, terrified I would have yet another dreaded black one piece. My black one piece is usually like the embodiment of my struggles with weight, and like I'm in mourning; putting it on always brings me down. But I can't move away from them when I'm feeling less than confident with my physique. Black just seems to be the right choice, but up until now I haven't found the right suit. This suit fits and feels so much nicer than my department store choices and I knew the moment I put it on, she was different. The cut is super flattering on my curvy short frame and the tummy control is firm yet flexible. I dont feel like a sausage nor do I feel like I'm muffining out of the thighs or the back. The plunging neckline is also very surprising, as my chest has the tendency to spill out of most bathingsuit tops, but not with this one. Most importantly this suit made me feel excited about going to the pool this summer; a feeling I haven't felt in years. This suit looks so much better than I could have ever expected and I would definitely recommend giving it a shot if you're feeling less than confident about your beach bod. This suit feels more "me" than any other onepiece I have ever tried, regardless of the color. I feel attractive, not matronley, and covered enough to hang with my kids and their friends and not feel overly exposed. I like this suit more on others than I do on myself. It's OK. It's not as flattering as I hoped. I don't feel very sexy in it, but it's not super frumpy. It's a much more of a utilitarian mom suit. I chose a medium version, and it fit okay. I do like that it holds in some of my stomach; and I do think the cut is slimming. The top however shows a lot of cleavage, and I do worry about anything popping out. It is also deep cut showing the center side of my breast which after my kids have stray stretch marks that I wasn't looking to highlight. II am a 34C or 32D and I think this might be designed for taller girls with a slightly smaller chest. Or maybe younger ladies. I have the pink which is so pretty and will look great against a tan. So, so, so impressed!!! The cut of this suit is SO flattering! The leg holes are seamless, so no cutting in or making bulges. Fits like a glove. Like mind-blowingy perfect. I usually struggle with swimwear making my hip dips look horrible. This smooths everything out and makes them disappear. Perfect cut in the back isn't too cheeky or too full coverage.
