I am truly ASTOUNDED with the rapid response and amazing customer service!! BRAVO!! I ordered my slow cooker back in November, however, I had not had a chance to use it until very recently. It was amazing!! My only issue that I ran into was that after washing the pan after the first use, the non-stick layer bubbled and peeled up in some spots. **Edit & Update** 12/14/25 After providing pictures and proof of purchase information via email, the replacement liner was shipped out and received in a timely manner - especially considering all this originally was happening before and during Thanksgiving (US) timeframe. Had the replacement liner in about 7-10 business days. It looks great. haven't had a chance to use it. Changing my 3 star to 4 - only because the hassle of this even happening. --------- Original Below---------- 1st off: Waiting on a Customer Service response to an issue I have with the liner of the slow cooker. WIll revise review depending on how that goes. 2nd: Nov 2nd I received the slow cooker. On 11/16/25 it had it's maiden run & was used to cook a pot roast w/veges. I started it the afternoon before to give it time to cook then rest until supper the following evening. The automatic/default settings (max 205° F) for cooking a pot roast (8 hours) did not get high enough to make the meat tender. It came out like tough shoe leather. I switched it over to manual and worked with the temperatures to get it so the liquids wouldn't boil (245° F) but barely simmer (230° F) for a couple of hours. The meat came out perfect at that point. Added in the vegetables for those last couple of hours and dinner was tasty and done. Then came cleanup. All the parts cleaned up nicely & fairly easy. Cleaned the lid w/o too much hassle. Then started in on the non-stick liner pan. Over all it cleaned up wonderfully until I ran my fingertips over the inside checking for any stuck particles. I found a rough spot on a lower rounded edge at the base and thought something had cooked onto the area. I used the scrubby pad for non-stick surfaces to lightly scrub and the bumpy/bubble spot would not go away. Upon closer inspection I saw the non-stick lining had bubbled. In rinsing the soap out the bubble popped and then the edges started tearing away. There is no dent in the pan. Only plastic cooking utensils were used in stirring the vegetables. The meat was removed, shredded, and added back into the pan w/the veges. Currently waiting to hear from the Company about what they might do about it. Read more

LOVE. Is this what adulting is ? Being excited about appliances ? Other than smelling weird for the first use (like that new product chemical burn off smell that's pretty much on everything), it worked great. The heat levels seemed appropriate (keep warm was just that, no boiling), it cooked evenly, and the lid holders are awesome. Very happy with the purchase. It wasn't the cheapest one available, but it's definitely has bang for the buck with the quality, lid holders, included spoons, and spoon cutouts. Read more

This would be the perfect little set for me. It is reasonable size and heats you pretty fast. I could do meals for my son and me while I am working. But 2 things that make me won't keep it. I wish it had some kind of light to indicate when is on/in use. Secondly the dishes are not oven safe and that's a biggy for me. I love when they are versatile. My bigger center pot can go in the stove as well as in the oven. I was going for the same. Read more
