I absolutely love these leggings! The material is incredibly soft and stretchy but still supportive. The hidden scrunch in the back gives a really natural lift, and the crossover waist makes my stomach look smooth without digging in. They’re totally squat-proof and comfortable for both workouts and everyday wear. I’ve gotten several compliments already. They are thick yet fit like a glove. True to size and not see through at all. bought the Sunzel Hidden Scrunch Cross Waist Leggings in size M, scarlet red, and they’ve quickly become my go-to for workouts. The fit is excellent and true to size. The hidden scrunch design allows full range of motion in the glutes without feeling restrictive. I especially love the cross waistband. It’s not only super flattering, but it also stays perfectly in place, even during intense lifting sessions. No constant adjusting or pulling up needed. The fabric is soft and the perfect thickness! They are squat-proof and hold up great in the gym. While the red color shows a bit of moisture when I sweat heavily, but it dries very fast. My leggings in the black in this same brand and fabric don’t show sweat. I’ve washed them several times and there’s no fading, shrinking, or pilling. They still look brand new! This brand has become my favorite for both leggings and shorts. The new cross waist design takes them to the next level in terms of comfort and style. It's beautiful though! - No front seam means no uncomfortable digging in down there - Soft matte fabric molds to your curves and is squat-proof - Super stretchy fabric so you don't feel restriction anywhere - Fabric has a perfect amount of thickness and breathability (not so thick that you're overheating but not so thin that every single dimple shows) - Crossover waistband dips down in the front and provides moderate compression (not too much or too little) - Waistband hits right above my belly button but dips down a little in front to show my belly button (due to the crossover) - Flattering booty seam with hidden "invisible" scrunch gives your rear end a little extra definition and doesn't look scrunchy or weird when you're wearing it - Sizing is true-to-size; I'm 5'5" and 135 lbs and usually wear a size small or size 6 in Lululemon - No pilling of the fabric observed after wearing for two days and washing once so far, but I'd say any fabric like this is delicate, so be very careful around rough surfaces. With all of my activewear, I wash on a cold delicate cycle in a mesh bag and hang to air dry. The scrunch hasn't lost it's scrunchiness. I think these are a great value for the price, and I wish they came in more colors and also a version with pockets. The crossover waistband is flattering and makes me look like I have a bit more of a waist than I do. Overall, I feel confident wearing these, and I love that feeling! Read more
My wife was a bit suspicious when I got her these leggings. For starters, she's not a fan of anything with a scrunch in the derriere, but this one isn't super invasive or obvious. She was also wary of the thinness of the material and was worried that they would be see-through, but outside of when she wears underwear with thick seams, it's not a real issue (you get the impression of the seam pushing through, but you can't actually SEE anything through it). If that's a deal breaker, I recommend some no-show panties. The fit is perfect. She loves the high waist and crossover design of the front. The hidden scrunch gives just enough definition without actually giving her a wedgie, and the fabric is luxurious. She loves the feel of these even more than her much more expensive Fabletics Oasis Pure Luxe leggings. The only questionable part of these is how long they're going to last. The thinness of the material has us wondering if they'll stand the test of time, but for now, she can't get enough of these leggings (and I think she looks great in them, too!) Read more
Flattering and buttery soft — great for Pilates and yoga! I wore these Sunzel hidden scrunch leggings to both Pilates and yoga today, and they were fantastic! The fabric is buttery soft and fits perfectly — it moves with me and feels super comfortable during workouts. I have a flatter bottom, so I really appreciate how these give a little lift and create the illusion of a more rounded shape (a huge plus!). The blue color is beautiful and vibrant in person. My only wish is that they had a bit more compression and some pockets — then they’d be perfect. Overall, I’ll definitely be buying more colors in the future! Read more
