This top does not include an extra layer of fabric as sports shirts usually include, but as mentioned it is not needed as the compression exceeded my expectations. This top is super comfy and super flattering. It’s double lined and not sheer at all. That being said, it’s not supportive enough for me when it comes to training because I do powerlifting and strongman, and the neckline is too pretty to ruin with a visible sports bra. I wanted a tank top with some support for my boobs. I don’t wear a bra if I don’t have to but sometimes I want my tanks to just give me a bit of help to make sure things still stay in place and oh they stayed in place. The tank top is not meant for high intensity anything but it’s cute, comfortable and pretty good quality for the price. I did a few yoga poses in it to see how it would hold up and I like to report that there was very little spillage which is what I would also be wearing this tank top for. I love this tank top! The double-lined fabric feels great—soft, stretchy, and supportive without being too tight. It doesn’t come with pads like a sports bra, so keep that in mind, but the material is thick enough that it’s not see-through.
