I have lost a lot of weight recently, but had not reached my ultimate goal yet, and didn't want to waste money on clothes for the halfway point only to have to buy even smaller ones later. These belts have really helped me to be able extend the life of my larger pants until I was ready to get a smaller wardrobe. Yes, a regular belt would have worked, but I really like the convenience of not constantly unbuckling, and the fact that the belt has no buckle means it does not contribute to extra bulk in the tummy area. It is great for us pear-shaped ladies whose pants are always a bit big in the waist in order to fit the hips. The adjustable feature means that it will fit child sizes on up to full-grown adults. There were other similar brands available, but many of them had plastic snaps and fasteners that were reported to rip easily. The fasteners on these are heavy-duty and the snaps are metal. I have had no issues with durability. The only thing that I'm not crazy about is that it does pull the front belt loops a little out of shape, and I took off one star for that, but honestly, I don't know how that issue could possibly be fixed. This belt is literally the perfect belt for me. I wear tight shirts and they always get holes in the front from rubbing on the belt buckle, or show a buldge from the buckle. This belt won't cause holes in the front or a buldge! It keeps my pants in place very well and I really like the way it looks. You can slightly see the snaps on the sides but no where near as bad as a standard belt. I also like that I can unbutton my pants without the need to unbuckle a belt. My only concern is how tight it pulls on the belt loops, I feel like it could eventually cause a hole or the belt loops to rip off. It probably wouldn't be a good choice for small or fragile belt loops because of the tension it puts on them. Love this belt! Read more

It looks great on the model. I'm larger than she. I was hoping it would help with the waist gap in the back of my jeans & prevent me needing to pull my pants up after sitting. It can be adjusted to be as loose or tight as the measurements allow, but it pulls the belt loops pretty hard. If it was worn loose (haven't tried that yet, but what's the point?) It would look cool, maybe like unnecessary suspenders used as a fashion item. It does work to tighten the back gap in my jeans, but I wasn't very comfortable. I don't want to leave a bad review. I like the idea of no belt buckle & holding the pants up. Maybe with some more experience I will find it more comfortable & functional.
