Yes it works at preventing sunburns, which is important. BUT it leaves a white layer on skin, makes my kids look like ghosts! Worst part is that the spray nozzle stopped working after a few days so I have to pour it into my hand to apply. It’s super watery and spilled on some Tupperware in the sink. Since it’s a waterproof formula, it literally won’t wash off the containers! Even after I ran them through the dishwasher. I like the regular Supergoop formula much better. Read more

Supergoop is my favorite sunscreen brand but many of their products are not reef safe. This one is a mineral-based (rather than chemical) sunscreen, making it reef safe, so I thought I'd give it a try. It definitely works to protect my skin! However, even after rubbing it into the skin so it appears sheer to begin with, it eventually shows as a white film, especially in places like the elbow and knee creases. Since it's for babies, who probably don't notice the white film, this might not be a big deal. The spray feature of the bottle is ok; since it is a thicker liquid than most aerosol sunscreens, the sprayer doesn't spread the sunscreen out too much so you still have to spread it out and rub it into the skin. Scent is minimal, which is great. As with all Supergoop products, it is a bit pricey, but for me the guaranteed protection and lighter scent is worth it. Read more
