Skin felt calm afterward, which is not always the case with depilatory creams. Where it struggles is with thicker or coarser hair. In those areas, results can be uneven, and some spots may need a second pass. Application technique makes a big difference. Too little product or rushing the process leads to poor results, so there is a bit of trial and error involved. This isn’t meant to replace a razor for heavy beard hair or deliver a perfectly smooth finish. The end result feels more like knocking down short growth rather than removing everything completely, which can actually be a benefit if you’re trying to avoid irritation. I've been shaving body hair for decades following my first bodybuilding show and I'm always looking for an alternative to the shaving routine. I was hoping this product represented a new formula that would prove to be more effective that other similar products I'd tried many years ago, but was disappointed in the results. The premise of this product is simple, spread the formula over the desired areas, wait for it to dry completely (almost 15 minutes) and then wipe or scrape (with the application tool) the cream off (hopefully, along with the unwanted hair). First of all, the aroma of the cream is similarly overpowering like most other similar products. The scent was expected and didn't bother me too much, but it generated a feeling that this would be no different from the other products I had tried in the distant past. Secondly, the type of hair seems to dictate the overall effectiveness of this product. As a male wanting to remove chest hair, I felt this product rather ineffective and time consuming. Spreading the cream over a large area of thicker hair took a while to apply and dry. Removing the cream was somewhat of a pain as scraping with the application tool took too long. Using a throw-away towel was better. The results were not spectacular as the hair-clearing aspect was patchy, not consistent. The next phase was determining if the somewhat laborious process of using this product was worth repeating ... for me, it was not worthwhile. With that being said, if the product was being used with thinner hair, I do think it works more effectively. So, in my opinion, wispy, thin hair removal yields the best results. As far as skin irritation goes, I had no problem with this product. There is a cooling, menthol-like effect on the skin, like an astringent. I experienced no redness or negative side effects trying this product, but would always recommend testing on a small area before diving in and spreading it all over. Do not use if you have especially thick hair. I used this in hopes of eliminating my beard hairs for a few days, but my beard hairs are too thick for it even at 15 minutes. Doesn't burn when used. Good for getting rid of a unibrow, though. Read more

Applied to arm and shoulder for max 15 minutes, felt the "cooling effect." When wiped with scraper and then towel, it removed literally zero hairs. Did cause some skin irritation, but not bad. Maybe applying a ton would make a difference, but then it wouldn't last very long and wouldn't be worth it at this price. Feels like typical marginal at best product you see marketed on social media. Maybe good for those with very thin hair, but I don't know many men who would consider this product who have thin body hair. Read more
