I wish they didn't change the original design!
Well I'm a little disappointed in this brush. The original brush has soft bristles. This new one comes with harder bristles. I'm still using mine. I'm mindful not to brush hard. My other complaint is the length of this new brush. It doesn't have enough length to fit in your hand completely. This may effect my future re-order. I'm not sure why they felt a need to change a great design. Read more

Amazing toothbrush
This is the best quality manual toothbrush I have ever used. I had no plaque to be removed from my latest dental cleaning and I'm convinced that this toothbrush is the reason. I love the stiffer, abundant, angled bristles. It really feels as though they're really getting in there and cleaning getting my teeth as clean as possible. Like the bristles but not the handle
This toothbrush is very attractive, being transparent. The shape of the handle makes it easy to hold. Best part: the 45-degree bristles make my teeth feel much cleaner than with regular bristles. But the handle is problematic. There needs to be at least an inch more of the thinner area between the bristles part and the fat part of the handle to make it easy to maneuver in one's mouth. I tried to get used to it but I couldn't. Read more
