I decided to try the Supersmile Triple-Use Whitening Powder, not really holding out much hope that I'd see a big improvement in the appearance of my teeth as I drink coffee and/or tea every day. However, after using this product for only 3 weeks I have to admit I'm pretty impressed. There are 3 ways to use this powder -- as a rinse, by brushing with it on a damp toothbrush, or brushing your teeth with the powder and their toothpaste (sold separately). I chose to brush with the powder on a damp toothbrush. I have been doing this once a day, almost every day. The powder is pleasant to use with very little taste. A little bit of the powder goes a long way, too. The first difference I noticed is that the powder does really help eliminate plaque, as claimed. The backs of my front teeth always get a build-up of plaque over time, and already my teeth feel cleaner and smoother. I can't say my teeth are a great deal whiter, but I can see an improvement, and even my husband noticed. I haven't experienced any additional sensitivity since using the whitening powder, or any other negative side effects. My only (minor) complaint is about the packaging of the powder. It comes in a little container with an opening in the top where you shake or squeeze out the powder. When I try to get it on my toothbrush, some of it always falls into the sink so a bit gets wasted. It's annoying, but not a big enough of a problem for me to knock off a star. Overall, I'm very happy with the results I'm seeing from this whitening powder, and expect to see even more improvement in the appearance of my teeth as I continue to use it. Read more

This is a very fine powder and easy to use. You can sprinkle it on top of toothpaste or put a small amount in your palm and dip a damp toothbrush directly into the powder; I find the second method works best for me. The taste is mild and not unpleasant, and it leaves my mouth and teeth feeling clean and fresh after use. I haven’t noticed a dramatic whitening effect, but I’m a regular coffee and tea drinker and haven’t been using it consistently, since I tend to rotate toothpastes (and even shampoos). That said, I appreciate that it doesn’t cause any tooth sensitivity or harsh side effects like some whitening products do. Overall, it’s a gentle option if you’re looking for a non-irritating whitening boost rather than dramatic results. Read more

I have been using this product now for a couple of weeks. It is powder form, so I have been squirting it on top of my toothpaste and brushing my teeth with it. It is a mild abrasive, but not so much so that it will cause damage to the enamel. I have found after a couple of weeks of consistent use that my teeth are noticeably whiter. I am also using this product because it is supposed to remineralize the teeth. I haven't used it long enough to be able to tell if it is effective for this, but Ihave been noticing my two lower front teeth getting somewhat more translucent. I want to mitigate any potential loss of minerals in my teeth. I will keep using for the whitening effects, and if I notice my teeth getting stronger then that will be a major bonus that will keep me returning to this product. Read more

This product is a mild minty powder in a small 2oz bottle. My personal use case is to add it lightly to my normal toothpaste to hopefully aid in better cleaning and if the claims are true, to help strengthen the enamel of my teeth. There really is no adverse feeling or flavor to the product, it carries no negative taste or feel. While I have not seen a dramatic whitening of my teeth, I do admit to being a heavy daily coffee drinker, so that may skew the results. Overall, and if the claims of rejuvenating the enamel is true, I would say it is worth a try. You do have be careful when dispensing it, as it is easy to accidentally over dispense it and waste a costly product. So take your time and try to carefully and slowly get it out and onto your brush with the toothpaste. Read more

Does this teeth whitening powder do anything that baking soda doesn’t? I’m not so sure. It certainly leaves my mouth feeling fresh, but so does baking soda, which this tastes exactly like. This doesn’t have quite the consistency of baking soda, though. It is much more fine — too fine, really, I find it hard to regulate the supply when I dispense this. A lot of it winds up in the sink when I try to squeeze some onto my toothbrush. As for its whitening properties, after using this a week or so, I have yet to notice any benefits. I have never found teeth whiteners to be effective, though my teeth are in pretty good shape. I think a good dental routine — brushing and flossing immediately after every meal, with regular checkups — is much more effective than expecting products like this to make a difference. This is certainly convenient for taking this on the road, and you can dispense a bit directly into your mouth for an instant refresh, but the benefits are simply not worth the inflated price for this. I prefer to stick to my regular toothpaste, along with the occasional use of baking soda — which I prefer over this. I am giving this teeth whitening powder three out of five stars, but I will revisit this review in the weeks ahead if my opinion changes. Read more

This whitening power works pretty good. It has a minty flavor. When I rinse my mouth with it first then brush my teeth. It does a better job than just using it without rinsing first. I also like to add it to regular toothpaste. The directions say to do those three steps for best results. It does make a difference on how fast you start seeing results. I started seeing results after a week. Read more
