Size Doesn't Always Matter

Josh SMay 13, 2023

This TV is great for the price. At only a little over 13 inches it's small and lightweight but doesn't feel cheaply made. The picture quality isn't spectacular but for what you get it's pretty impressive. Audio quality is decent enough though with a bit of tin sound to it. It does get loud though which is great for outdoor viewing. Overall if you're looking for a TV that is cheap and portable this is a great one to get. Surprisingly, it's pretty darn good

LEROctober 23, 2024

Aside from not being able to use my cable box remote to turn the TV on and off...... I'm satisfied for the money I spent. The TV on/off button is right on top so it's easy to do. The base is a little bit wonky and maybe I can get the company to send me another. I have no problem with the sound or picture. Read more

Perfect small screen TV

ThmsccOctober 6, 2021

This is our second Supersonic TV, purchased to replace a seven-year old Supersonic TV we used in the bathroom. I wanted another small 13.3" TV, which would be widescreen, LED and HDTV. This TV is perfect. The picture and audio are great. We had no trouble connecting it to our AT&T U-verse receiver once we realized that the correct setting should be "Air" and not cable. The price was right, too, having searched other brick and mortar stores and on-line websites where these small TVs were more expensive. Read more

Arrived broken

PleeblandFebruary 6, 2024

I was really looking forward to this TV as it was just what I was looking for BUT, it arrived with the screen partially unattached to the frame - therefore I just put it back in the box and returned it. It did not appear to be shipping damage so just bad quality control at the factory I would say. It also was VERY flimsy feeling. Read more

Not as pictured and does not support universal remotes

Alan R.March 24, 2021

The image shows speakers facing forward below the screen. The TV that I received had the speakers facing down, so they are not visible from the front. The TV otherwise is fully functional with all the connection options I would expect on a small TV. I was disappointed that I could not use my Xfinitiy/Comcast remote with it. I called Supersonic and, without asking the model, they informed me that they did not have a code for use with Xfinity and did not support "universal" remotes. I give them some credit for answering the phone. I then spent about an hour on the phone with Xfinity and they were unable to get it to work. I have never run into this before and it seems like a big miss to me. It just means that you have to have both remotes handy or else use the buttons on the TV to power on and modify the volume. Tiny TV Tribute

SoxaholicMay 18, 2023

rfect for small spot in my kitchen. Having to use the provided remote along with cable remote is a minor inconvenience. Picture and sound are fine.....just what I was looking for. Would rate 4 and a half stars because of remote inconvenience, but certainly not enough to stop anyone from buying! Read more

May be difficult to install; no support

WilliamJune 23, 2021

Be aware this seller provides no support at all. I found the instruction manual inadequate, and I nearly returned the unit due to installation difficulties. The product evidently is designed to rely on an HDMI-compatible input source. However, no HDMI cable is provided. So, if you are replacing a unit that did not have HDMI input, you will not be able to install this product out of the box. You will need to buy a cable. Also, all of the input ports are recessed onto the back panel in such a way that the cables must enter at a difficult angle. A VGA cable I had on hand would not fit at all. I also tried RCA cables, and they fit, but I could not get them to work. The lack of clear instructions may have been a contributing factor. After I obtained an HDMI cable, I was able to connect it with some difficulty. The unit functions now, but I would not recommend it. The picture is much smaller than the screen. It looks odd, but I cannot find a way to adjust it. The screen is small to begin with, so the smaller picture looks tiny. Read more
