I'm am an avid believer and user of supplements, but reviewing them is problematic, and my results may not be your results for these reasons: 1) I am not a laboratory scientist, I do not play one on tv, nor do I know one, so who knows what’s exactly contained in them. 2) It is difficult for consumers to see any actual difference in how you feel within a few days to a couple of weeks. Some supplements take as much as ninety days to see results. 3) Even if we do notice a difference, we all take other meds or supplements that may affect our results one way or the other. 4) We all have different physiologies, and are just different in so many ways (lifestyles etc). But we can hope for the best when we see others having positive actions going on, that are attributed to said supplements. So my personal non doctor opinion of my own results: I have gotten good results from taking my omegas over several years. These help with cognitive issues that is for sure. These are high potency and better filtered than the cheap brands. I usually double up on the Omegas for best benefits. Some people with brain issues, chemical or otherwise, have taken six capsules a day with amazing results. Read more

Only one a day and high potency

I am currently using other omega products but wanted to try this one too. I prefer a "one a day" supplement and this omega is a high potency soft gel, only one needed a day. You can take more depending on your needs and what your doctor has suggested. As I am aging, I am concentrating on adding better/more supplements based on my needs. I don't have any issues swallowing capsules or pills, but these soft gels are very easy to swallow. While I do eat salmon and cod, I definitely do not eat enough to get what I need as far as Omega 3 so this supplement is perfect. I like that this is highly purified and made in the USA. Read more
