I got these because and influencer I follow like them. I thought I would keep one and give one as a gift. I think it’s a fun gift. It’s rechargeable and I have only had to charge once in the three weeks that I have had it. Lights the candle with the push of a button. Doesn’t create smoke and is easier to use than the big safety lighter. This does have a safety feature as well. You have to slide a button and then hold the lighting button. Jar candles used to be so tricky to light. Held upside down the hot wax dripped on your fingers. If the match was upside down it would burn your fingers , a lighter would soon get too hot, a long match or incense stick would do if it touched the tiny wick just right! NOW ALL THAT HASSLE IS GONE ! This device is perfect and quick as long as there's an electric USB source to recharge it eventually! It was shipped pre-charged but I added a charge just to try it out and the blue LED dots showed the charging progress on the handle. I have used it about 6 times without recharging so far. I leave the 5" USB power cable connected to the arc lighter so it won't get lost or misplaced. Any cell phone power block will work or it can be connected to a laptop, tablet, modem, PC etc for powering! A great invention! Read more
This lighter is easy to use and the long stem makes it feel much safer than regular lighters. I like that it’s windproof, rechargeable, and slim enough to keep anywhere. The only downside is the battery life since it dies after a few uses, but it does recharge quickly. Still a convenient and useful lighter. Read more

Works great if a spark is all you need. Lots of uses including a charcoal or wood fire if you're using a liquid fire starter (or even a piece of paper). Great for lighting a candle. Love the loop for hanging it up. The previous one I had didn't have that, and this feature really comes in handy. Charges fast, holds a charge for a LONG time. Nice! Read more
These are excellent for lighting candles. I like the light arc and how easy it is to light candles. However, if the wick hits the element, it leaves soot. Easy to clean through. Read more
