I bought these about a year and a half ago, and they’ve been a solid purchase ever since. I’ve used them for running, gym workouts, and more recently for hiking—and they’ve held up extremely well. On one hike I even slid down and “scooted” on the ground several times, and the fabric didn’t tear or show any damage. My favorite feature is the inner phone pocket. It holds my phone securely and doesn’t bounce around while I’m moving. I’ve even managed to fit my phone and a 25,000 mAh power bank in there (not something I do often), and it still stayed in place without sagging or slipping. To really stress-test it, I’ve run a full 21K with my phone in that pocket and had zero issues—no bouncing, no slipping, nothing. The fit is great too—snug where it needs to be, comfortable for longer sessions, and it just sits well on me overall. For reference, I’m 6'0" (1.82 m) and 185 lb, and the fit is spot on for me. I bought the L size. Photo note: The photo I’m attaching is after I dragged myself on the mountain—there are no rips, not even visible wear, just dirt 😂. The only improvement I’d love: the regular side pockets (the standard ones) could be a bit bigger. I get that workout shorts aren’t meant for carrying a lot, but sometimes after a run or the gym I’ll stop to grab a few things on the way home, and my wallet or keys can fall out pretty easily. If those pockets were slightly deeper, I’d honestly wear these even more as an everyday casual short—because I really like how they look and feel. Overall, highly recommended for anyone who wants reliable shorts for training and active use, especially if you care about a secure phone pocket. Read more

If you are looking for affordable workout shorts this is the one. I use them for running, gym, and soccer. And this shorts does it's job. Good thing about this is the inner liner make you comfortable since you don't need to wear underwear, so it feels aligned with the pants. Also, the phone pocket keeps your phone in place. But it is not super tight pocket, so it may slip out if you do a lot of jumping. The outside material are like basketball jersey like texture so stretchy and breathable. Back pocket has zippers to keep keys and small items safe, but the side pocket are shallow and doesn't keep the items inside. (That's why I deducted 1 star). But overall it is a great workout shorts, and if you are looking for one that you want an easy wear to the gym or a quick jog, you should give this a try. Surenow Men's Running Shorts have exceeded my expectations in every way. These shorts are not only stylish but also incredibly functional for my workouts and runs. The quality of the fabric is outstanding; it's breathable and wicks away moisture effectively, keeping me comfortable even during intense workouts. The fit is just right, providing a good range of motion without being too loose or too tight. What I appreciate most is the thoughtful design, including the built-in liner that offers great support and eliminates the need for additional compression shorts. The pockets are a handy feature for carrying small essentials like keys or a phone. In terms of durability, these shorts have held up well through multiple washes and rigorous exercise sessions. They've become my go-to choice for any active activity. Overall, Surenow Men's Running Shorts offer a winning combination of style, comfort, and functionality, making them a must-have in my workout wardrobe. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of high-quality athletic shorts. Read more
The product runs a little small before you wash it. So go a full size up when you order. The shorts are short in the leg so the under spandex liner hangs below it. For what reason I don’t know. There isn’t enough play between the liner and the shorts. They feel kinda cheap but then again they are cheap to buy. So there’s that…. Save your money and buy some lulu’s Read more

My husband likes these. He said they’re comfortable and good quality. Not too tight and not too loose. The under layer is perfect for not showing any skin if the shorts ride up. They’re great for doing any type of physical activity. Read more
I rarely give reviews, but these are simply the best workout shorts I’ve ever owned. I bought like 7 pairs of them. The phone pocket stitched on the compression is my favorite feature. You can even see your phone screen to change songs, see the clock through the pocket, so you’re not having to constantly pull out your phone during your workout. And the phone stays very snug. You can run, jump, etc and the phone isn’t falling out. I also really like that the back pocket has a zipper. I put my car keys and airpod case there. And you can’t forget the price! Half the price of major brands, but with more utility and the same comfort. Couldn’t give them a perfect 5 stars because they run really small, but once you figure out your size they’re great. I’m 6’2” and where size XXXL. Also, the front pockets aren’t deep at all. Your things will fall out of them. I don’t use them. Also there’s only a compression pocket on the right leg. It’d be better if both legs had pockets. Other than that, these are my favorite workout shorts I’ve ever owned. Read more
