They are comfortable in the feet area but may need to wear higher socks for the top section of the book. Durable and warm, keeps the feet dry Read more
I wear a women's size 8 shoe, and have an average foot width that borders on narrow. I ordered these boots in a size 8, and they fit perfectly while still leaving enough room for a thick pair of socks. Folks with wider feet might find them to be a little tight. I wear boots like this quite a bit for working outside, and this pair has quickly become a favorite because I really love how they look in addition to them being just as convenient and functional as the other pairs of rubber boots I've worn. They're comfortable for hours of wear, and feel quite sturdy without the soles being ridiculously heavy. The stretchy sides make them easy to slip on, and also make it so the boots aren't wobbly around my ankles or threatening to fall off. The stretchy sides also decrease the gaps between my ankles and the outside world-- which is exactly what I want when I'm out in the woods or working in the yard. There's a thin-ish layer of lining inside them that helps insulate and protect my feet from blisters should I slip them on for a brief gallop sans socks, but it's not so thick that it's too hot in warmer weather, and it's certainly not thick enough to keep my feet warm if wearing them through the snow for too long (definitely better with thick socks for this, but my feet run cold). They do an excellent job of keeping my feet dry when walking through watery slush, though a deep puddle is a risk I haven't taken on account of the stretchy sides. I ordered them in the "Olive Green" option, and they look just like they do in the product pictures. I absolutely love how they look, and I'm glad I went with the olive green, though it was a tough decision because I really liked several of the available options. Very happy with them! No complaints! I ordered these garden boots a half-size up from my usual size to leave room for thick socks and they fit well. I love that they look stylish, and they are perfect for clomping around in the yard. Though the elastic section does make these easy to pull on and off, that part of the boot is not waterproof, so that is the one drawback I have discovered. They have a thin lining, which keeps them from being too hot in the warmer months, but also requires thicker socks during cooler months. At this price ($40 at time of review), I don’t feel ripped off, but I also don’t think they are an exceptional bargain. Overall, I am pleased with the boot, but wish they were entirely waterproof. These rain boots were ordered for my mother, who is a full-time caregiver for my disabled father. Until recently, she also was the primary caregiver for my grandmother as well who lived next door until it became too much for one person, and she was moved into assisted care. This means that my mother is much busier than before she retired from her public job. She's constantly running errands and taking care of chores in all manner of weather, including still taking care of the property next door. I constantly worry about her as I'm an hour away. She already had a pair of waterproof boots for inclement weather, but they were mid-calf and quite irritating for her to get on and off quickly. Once she had these Sureway ankle boots, you would have thought I had ordered a very expensive pair of designer boots - she was so happy! They are well-designed, waterproof, and she can get them on and off easily without all the drama the mid-calf rise boots gave her. I ordered a size up since it's almost winter, so she can wear thick socks when the temperatures drop. They are also slip resistant, for a little added peace of mind. These boots are good looking - at least as good as a pair of utilitarian rubber boots can be. They are great quality, and the fit is true to size. They also come in some fun colors if you're so inclined, but I opted for basic black. Read more
I got these for my wife to use as waterproof boots for her taking care of our horses at our barn. It can be both wet and muddy at times. My wife wanted the pink colored boots, even though I know they will not look cute or clean for long. What impressed me in the advertisement is that it said, “these short rain boots are 100% waterproof.” These boots are definitely not 100% waterproof. The rubber parts are waterproof. But the elastic side sections that extend down the boot almost to the heel are not. I dripped some water directly on the outside of this elastic stretch-side and the water leaked through making the inside of the elastic section wet. So, the boot is only waterproof if water does not go any higher than about 2 inches up the sides. Other than that issue, these are well made boots. They are comfortable and have a comfortable sole. If your intended use is in the rain where you are not stepping into deep puddles, then these should work just fine. But if you are getting these for serious water protection, these will not work for you. Read more

My wife has been wearing these SUREWAY short ankle Chelsea rain boots nonstop this fall, and she’s obsessed. They’re 100 % waterproof (she stood in 3-inch puddles and came back with dry socks), super easy on/off with the elastic sides and pull tab, and the matte rubber looks way cuter than typical clunky rain boots. The sole grips wet leaves, muddy garden paths, and slick decks like glue-tight (no slipping even when she’s running after our daughter). They’re surprisingly comfy for all-day wear (she wore them 8 hours straight at the pumpkin patch with zero blisters) and the cushioned insole feels supportive without being bulky. They fit true-to-size with room for normal or thick socks, and the low ankle height is perfect with jeans or leggings. She just hoses them off and they look brand new. Only tiny note: they’re unlined, so on really cold days she adds wool socks, but for spring/fall rain they’re perfect as-is. Overall, cutest, most practical rain boots she’s owned. Already bought a second pair in another color! 🌧️👢💕 Read more
