These are overall nice pants for the office. The material is soft, but has some weight to it, so it feels really nice against the skin. I'm very petite at about 5"4' and 100 lbs, so I ordered an XS but I found them to be a little baggy still. That could absolutely be a sizing issue on my part, however, if you're a similar height and weight, this may not be for you. I wish they were slightly longer. I generally wear an XL, and have a pretty average XL build, so I ordered these in XL. Unfortunately they didn't fit at *all* around my stomach. They fit closer to a mid-range Large. I would probably have done okay with an XXL but that wasn't available. Bummer because the pants are cute! Couldn't take a picture of them to show the fit since it was so revealing. Overall these are pretty comfortable pants. I like the fabric on them and they feel very soft against the skin. I like the fact that they have a built in belt with a zipper so that you can tighten then up. However, even with my size they were a little loose so on their tightest so I feel like you probably need a real belt with them to keep your pants up. They were also a bit long, so make sure you wear heels with them because without them I kept walking on the bottoms. I like that they have pockets and they were comfy enough to wear all day. The polyester fabric on these pants is soft, breathable, and silky with a rich color. The pleats at the waist are attractive, and the stitching overall is satisfactory. The side pockets are adequately sized, but they have no back pockets. The buttons and zipper are attractive and work well on the front. These have an elastic waistband for wearing without a belt, but they also have belt loops for using a belt up to 1.75 inches wide. The material has satisfactory thickness. The sizing and fit are long and roomy on the legs. With these being polyester, they should not be washed in hot water or dried with high heat. These are nice pants, and seem well made, but they look awful on me personally. I like wide leg dress pants, but because I'm short and petite its hard to find ones that look good on me. They have to be fitted through the waist and hips or else they look frumpy on me and these are definitely baggy. But since "baggy" is part of the listing description I can't really complain about that. I got the smallest size available, XS, but they are still too big, and then add the baggy cut and it's just too much. If I had a slightly longer torso I could pull them up and wear a belt but since I'm short that just looks really weird. If I let them rest at my natural waist then there is a huge amount of extra material past the crotch area. The only way I can sort of get away with wearing them is with a fitted suit jacket. That all being said, I like the front waist design and they do seem well made. These would look good on someone with a longer torso and who is slightly taller than I am. But not too tall because then they'd be too short with heels. With flats they are too long on me, but with 3 inch heels the length is perfect. Just keep in mind they ARE designed to be baggy, and there just is a lot of material everywhere. For my personal body weight and shape these are maybe 2 stars, but because they are exactly as described and appear to be good quality I feel I can't really rate them that low. But whether they look good or not depends largely on your figure and what you are looking for in dress pants. This was a nice weight fabric. The closure is secure and the elastic is well shown. The length was good on me; I'm 5'6". They seem like they wear well. I have a hard to fit shape and these almost made it. The elastic just made them a pull on the front. Maybe if they were a regular fly closure they may have been better. I have a small waist and larger hips so the hips were slightly too tight for me to feel comfortable. They were pulled up due to the waist coming in tighter. For the price, these are a good value. I don't think they will be a long time staple but a decent pair of pants to dress up or casual. The weight seems good for all seasons. Read more
