They smooth your stomach but are still comfortable enough to move, stretch, and squat in.The fabric is soft, stretchy, and not see-through (I always do the squat test 👏🏼). It gives that sculpted look without feeling too tight. The top is supportive and stays in place during workouts, but it’s also cute enough to wear running errands after the gym. I’ve only worn this workout set once so far since I just got it yesterday, but I’m really happy with it. The material is thick and solid, which is hard to find in yellow sets, and it’s not see through at all, even when bending or squatting. During my workout, it stayed in place and felt supportive the whole time. Nothing shifted or rolled, and it had enough stretch for movement while still feeling secure. Sizing runs true to size. I am a medium normally and I’m 156. I ordered a small and it fit perfectly especially if you have a bigger lower area. The top fit perfectly bc my upper is not as big. I recommend sizing down. It’s very stretchy. Read more

Absolutely recommend. The material is very well fitting and comfortable and the style is trendy but also covers you.
