They smooth your stomach but are still comfortable enough to move, stretch, and squat in.The fabric is soft, stretchy, and not see-through (I always do the squat test 👏🏼). I am a medium normally and I’m 156. I ordered a small and it fit perfectly especially if you have a bigger lower area. The top fit perfectly bc my upper is not as big. I recommend sizing down. It’s very stretchy. Read more

Absolutely recommend. The material is very well fitting and comfortable and the style is trendy but also covers you.
