Ehhh. So first thing I noticed when I tried them on is they are very heavy feeling. But not in a good way. The material is clammy and does not have the breathability that I would like, but also there is no support or compression or anything to make it worth considering wearing them with the clammy material. They cling to your skin yet somehow have zero support or shaping/compression. Ugh. Gross. I am still pretty freshly postpartum and trying to get some nice clothes for fall with a body that is bigger and shaped more differently than I’ve ever had before due to a c section after 3 natural childbirths. I thought these could be a really nice staple piece to my wardrobe because I really like pleated pants and the wide leg look. But I guess that’s only in theory because I have to say I really think these are not flattering on me at all. They don’t give any sort of compression on the extra skin in my midsection and overall they just look… frumpy… I don’t know. Maybe it would look better if I lost a few more pounds? Maybe it’s not the pants fault? Maybe it’s me? Idk. That’s why I only took off one star. Anyways. Currently, I am about 215 pounds and 5 ‘4”.
