This is a basic quality workout set,nothing really special about them but if your on a budget like most of us are nowadays then this is an affordable yet still stylish option that's worth considering! Size runs as described but Do not expect any"wiggle room". Fabric is tight fitting and doesn't stretch out alot so if you like to wear your clothing comfortably then I recommend getting one size up! This seamless two piece workout set has the potential to be really cute, but that's not how it looked or felt on me at all. I'm an XL, shorter build with a large chest but a smaller back end and these did not flatter me at all. I was hoping to get more shape and definition to my back end and I felt like these did me no favors. The top has these thin straps that dug into my shoulders in an effort to support my chest, which was spilling out of the top. There would be no jumping or high impact activities in this top. It fit well at my underbust and my waistline, and did seem to provide a bit of support in my tummy area, but the booty accentuation did not work well with my body shape. There was no separation and the elastic center of the bottoms never sat the way they were supposed to to give me that cute booty as advertised. The leg bands were too tight for the material and gave me an unflattering bulge above and below the bands on my legs. The only thing I can say that I liked was the color, which is spot on to the description photo.
