I’m 5’4” probably 175lbs give or take, ordered a large. It is a bit snug but also it’s shapewear so you get what you ask for. Especially tight around my thighs/button. The top isn't made for a full figured lady. The cups do not fit properly so there is bulging on the outside of the bosom and the cup drags the bosom down.
