It comes with its own draw-string satchel, made of the same material as the cover for easy storage. One of the pain point of using a cover is the bulkiness and inconvenience of storage when un-used. This cover hits that sweet spot. It's not so thick and bulky that is hard to use yet sturdy enough to last more than a few deployments. The best way to describe this thin and light material is that it reminds me of the (better) sun shades. Except without the memory wire to fully extend them (you have to shake shake and shake to unfurl it once removed from the storage bag. Oddly, or, counterintuitively at least, the silver reflective side is intended for the inside while the black heat absorbing side faces outwards with the included reflective strips. Not sure why this would be the case and speaking of thin and light, the manufacture does specify 6 layers and I must say, them are some thin layers, with likely at least a few of the layers must be coating of some sort because the material is really thin, and light. As mentioned previously, it is study and will stand up to regular wear and tear. And, as advertised, the advanced materials that went into making the fabric should mean it will last. With the built-in nylon straps to tie down the cover at various points, it's up to you, the user, to ensure that you have latched the cover securely in case of strong winds. Would some high impact plastic buckles have been better? Yes and no. It would be more secure for most of us non-scouts that aren't always prepared or more specifically, not knowing the right knot for the right occasions. But they may also increase the risk scratching your glossy, shiny body paint during deployment and removal so the jury is out and not enough of a negative to reduce a star. Just be sure you research the best ties for nylon straps. The zipper to enable you ingress and egress the driver side is convenient for someone forgetful like me . False advertising. This product is listed as having a cotton lining inside to protect the car's paint, but there is none-- it's just a piece of vinyl with no lining. I feel as if I were scammed. Had I known, I definitely would not have purchased it. John Matthew Read more

This is a large lightweight car cover for large cars - up to 208” long. It has allowance for the mirrors, elastic at the corners and straps with buckles to latch it down. The material is very thin, black on the outside and silver on the inside. It doesn’t have a felt liner like more expensive covers so be sure the car is clean before slipping it on or the dirt might scratch the surface of the clear coat. I would have e preferred a felt lined cover but for the price this will do a good job of keeping leaves and tree sap from falling on the paint as well as keeping the sunlight off the finish. It appears to be waterproof. After a rain, it did not stick to the paint as I feared it might. Overall this is a decent quality cover for the price but if you are concerned about clear coat protection on a nice paint job, you might consider once with a felt lining. Read more

This is a nice car cover. I got this for my son's Ford Edge and fits perfectly. I wanted something for him to use when he was at work, and this will work great for this winter to keep the snow off his car for easy clean off. I may end up getting one for my car as well.
