Sweater Vest Women Sleeveless V Neck Oversized Knit Tops Tunic Dress with Pockets Fall Fashion 2025 Having just moved to the Southwest, I am finding that dressing for the weather can be complicated because of the wide range of temperatures throughout the day. Layers are the way to go! And so I was intrigued by this vest because it provides warmth to the core while leaving arms uncovered – and is easy to remove as temps get warmer. I am surprised at how much I like this tunic! It is well designed so it is flattering yet comfortably loose. I ordered a Medium which usually works well for me – I am 5’3”, 125 lbs, 36” bust. The shoulders are a bit wide on me (I do have narrow shoulders but it doesn’t look too big, just seems like a fashionable cut). The bottom edge hits me about 2” above the knee. This definitely works as a dress but also great over leggings or pants. It has pockets!!! The fiber blend is soft and stretchy. I can definitely feel the wool and was surprised to see the wool content was only 6%. Note that fabric content in the listing (44% Polyester, 38% Viscose, 18% Polyamide) does not match the tag on the garment, which has 6% wool, 13% nylon, 13% acrylic, 3% spandex, 65% recycled polyester. I have not yet tried to launder this sweater. Listing and tag say machine wash on gentle cycle. Listing says do not put in the dryer, but tag says “tumble dry low” AND ALSO “do not tumble drying” so that is contradictory. Given the wool content I would not dry with heat but air dry in the dryer might work. Probably best to dry flat, as the listing recommends. Workmanship is better than I expected at this price point. Seams are nicely finished and the quality of the knitting, including the ribbed edges, appears good. I especially like the way the pockets are knitted into the garment, without seams. Overall I find this to be comfortable and flattering and I expect to wear it a lot. Read more

This sweater vest is cute, and I will be able to layer over a variety of outfits for the fall. I've already come up with new ideas for layering that I hadn't thought of before I ordered. And, for a day I just want to be comfortable, this will go nicely over a soft shirt and leggings. Size-wise I am between a small and a medium - generally a small is better for me. I ordered the small in this and it fit perfectly. I have a pear-shaped figure, and the small was not even tight on my hips. The A-line shape helps it slide easily and comfortably over the hips. I'd say this runs fairly true to size - maybe a little on the bigger side. It will be warm for winter. It's got that wool feel that will make it warm and again, a great layering piece. Yes, as others have mentioned it feels rough and scratchy. But, I didn't plan to wear this without a layer, so that is not an issue for me. But do be aware - it's not a soft smooth feel. It's definitely got the wool rough feel. The knit is rather loose, typical sweater material. I will wash this on delicate and hang it to dry. I wouldn't try to put this in the dryer for fear of shrinkage. I do think over time it will stretch out from being hung to dry, as sweaters often do. It's definitely going to require some gentle care rather than just wash and dry. Color-wise, I could not decide between the khaki and the dusty pink. The color names and color display on my monitor were fairly true. I ordered the dusty pink and it is a neutral pink. More pink than I usually prefer, but I think it will be a nice change from the beige I have gravitated toward this summer. Overall, not a bad price for a warm layering piece that will allow for style and comfortable layering. Read more
