For the money, this fun sweater is a great value. It is quite soft and casual; I ordered a size that would not be oversized on me and it fits nicely. I do not find I have to wear an undershirt with it inside, but if I was going to try to wear it outside without a jacket very far into Fall, I think I'd be cold as a light wind would likely blow right through it.
