I am 5’7”, about 170 lbs, with measurements of 38-30-42. I usually wear a large. I ordered the large. The vest is very stretchy and I wanted a more fitted look so I could have ordered the medium . It is a lightweight sweater vest. It has some great possibilities being on the cropped side. Will look nice with my high waisted pants, skirts, and jeans with shirts tucked in and with my shirts untucked. Read more
