I love these little cloths. They take the place of sponges, paper towels and dishcloths. I use them until they show stains and then I throw them in the washing machine and air dry them. When they are falling apart, I bury them in my garden to act as mulch - win-win!! Read more

I've seen swedish dish cloths for I don't know how long... I always wondered what the hype was. I ordered these on a whim to try and see if I could see what the big deal was. Ummm... they are AWESOME! I've said it before and I will say it again... my house was built in the 80's when people bought less and used less so my cabinets, closets, walk-ways, rooms, etc. are smaller than what I would like them to be. The swedish dish cloths are firm when dry... like stiff... and then you get them wet and they wilt. It is pretty neat for the kiddos too! They are such space savers and fit perfectly in my small drawers. They also get the job done for washing dishes which is the whole point to using them (or cleaning counters, etc.) Some swedish dishcloths are like $7/each so this pack does feel like a bargain. I had heard about the Swedish Dishcloth fad but hadn't actually tried them until I got this item. There are 12 in the pack, 2 each of 6 colors, so it seemed like a good deal. I am happy to report it was. They don't look like much when they come out of the box. They are stiff and seem like they may be too small (I normally use standard sized dishcloths.) However, once you get them wet, they work very well. They are no longer stiff and they clean very well. I really like them more than dishcloths due to their slightly spongy nature. I've used them to scrub pots and pans, to clean the stove, and for dishes. They work well for all applications. I wasn't sure about washing them. I've only washed them once. However, they came out fine. I have to say... I'm a Swedish Dishcloth convert! Read more

This is an awesome pack of Swedish Cloths. We use a fresh one every other day or so and use it for quick cleanup around the kitchen. I can say that using these for the past couple weeks instead of reaching for a paper towel has been working out great. We also have one cloth dedicated to use on our steel pan since you shouldn’t watch them with soap. I like that they dry quickly and that there are several colors in the package. You could designate specific colors for cleaning bathrooms or the kitchen. We have washed them in the washing machine fine and so far they are holding up. I’m wholly committed to cutting back on paper towels now - I’ll keep buying these as long as they continue to hold up. Read more

Very useful sponges. They absorb water and work very well at vleaning stubborn spots. Almost as good as magic eraser. They do dry hard. Read more

I found the rainbow assortment irresistible. I often give the Swedish Dishcloths with cute artwork on them as gifts, but I find them a little too cute to use myself. They are also pricey, around $8-10 each. (EKOH also has some excellent graphic printed SDCs at a much lower price than I've been paying!) This set is a great value, the colors are fun, and there are enough to keep me cleaning all year. They last and last, go through the wash and come back ready for more. When they get a little too gray for the kitchen, I use them for the bathrooms or outdoor cleaning. I don't usually wash or dry dishes with them, but I use them for wiping countertops, sinks, and other surfaces. This product is versatile, eco-friendly, budget-friendly, and fun to use. The packaging is also fun, and it would make a good practical gift. Read more

I’m past the age and point of holding onto things that serve no purpose. So I’m happy that these dishcloths can be tossed at any time. They’re pretty durable in the bathroom as well as the kitchen. Double points!! I picked up the assorted colors so it’s easy to tell which cloth belongs to which room or cleaning section. I loooooove that they’re reusuable in a way that I find sponges are not after I deep clean. Also I needed these because Sponge Daddy is the new wave but not everything needs to be “scrubbed.” Some things have to be WIPED. My favorite feature is that I was able to wipe down my white walls that were stained by my pup’s paws and not peel off the paint. They’re keepers for me. Read more

We have switched our kitchen sink rag/sponge over to these for general clean up use. They provide a good hand-feel and effective cleaning. When they get dirty, we just toss them in with the laundry. Marked Made in Germany. Good quality means good value. Read more
