These bands are great and provide a lot of resistance. Versatile bands that you can use to make your current regiment more challenging. One of the best things about these bands is that the resistance level is written on each band. Such a simple thing really makes the workout better. First let me say, I love love LOVE these bands. They are durable, extremely portable and just what I needed to work on a persistent piriformis issue as well as a shoulder issue. I was therefore disappointed when my order arrived and I was missing the "light" resistance band. Instead I received two of the heavy bands. So I contacted customer service and seriously - WITHIN HOURS of my emailing, I was in direct contact with a rep who handled my problem politely and most of all - effectively! High quality and sturdy. I purchased another set from a different company for my boyfriend (because he loved this set). I wanted a dude colored set for him. That was a mistake. They were flimsy and thin. I like these bands because they are thick. This makes them not only more durable, but also less inclined to rolling and bunching. I really like using these bands at home and doing specific exercise videos with them. I've used them for leg, arm, back and other workouts. The bag makes it convenient to bring to the gym as well. I really like the different levels of resistance. They haven't stretched out at all after using them frequently. They have all kept the shape and resistance. One thing I did notice is the smell of the bands lingers on your hands and skin. Its just a rubber type scent. Other than that I really have enjoyed these resistance bands. I can't believe I waited so long to try resistance bands! Due to COVID-19, our gym was closed and we had to find out a way to exercise at home. It was so good that it's going to be part of our routines even with gyms open! I had to look up workouts and exercises with them because the instructions with these are kind of terrible but the actual bands have been durable and easy. If you have wider thighs like my wife you may want to find a band that rolls less, but that's our only complaint. None have snapped even with hard use. There's good progression in the sizes. The first set I ordered from another company (because Sports Research was out of stock) was chalky and flemsey. I also only received 3 bands. I received an email Sport research bands was back in stock as my temporary solution left me unsatisfied.
