One of the best…
UPDATE: While I like these candles, I just learned there is paraffin in them, so I’m changing my rating to one star. They should say that- I have a friend who had an asthma attack in my home due to the paraffin. She only gets that way from paraffin. Not sure if I’m keeping the others I ordered and my subscribe & save now. It’s a shame because this company would likely keep their customers if they weren’t deceptive. Old review: I’m not sure why all the negative reviews. This candle is excellent. I was on the search for another Cashmere Vanilla scent after my other favorite candle from a popular candle company discontinued it. I actually like this candle better. It’s not cloying at all and very sophisticated and higher quality. My other candle was not YC, but WW and cloying at times. It was very strong from the start of lighting it. Sweet Water has a buildup. The first lighting takes time for the scent to really permeate the room and subsequent lightings start off stronger. I actually bought 2 more after buying the initial 2 on sale. I had been worried seeing the negative reviews and it made me unsure how much money I wanted to invest up front. I may even buy more as they are on sale now. They last a long time and burn evenly. They are very giftable and I feel that anyone who appreciates a mild vanilla would love Cashmere and Vanilla. It’s one of my favorite scents in general. I’m so glad Sweet Water makes this scent and I hope they will never stop. They do it very well and better than other companies. The jars are great because I use the lid to suffocate the fire and it makes for a very clean experience. No smoke from this candle at all! Read more
