Very comfortable and seems sturdy. Recline function is great! Directions were easy to follow and the T handle tool makes screwing all the bolts in much easier on the wrist. Took about 35 minutes to put together on my own. There was a very tiny rip in the black fabric near one of the zippers on the bottom of the back rest. I was able to seal it up with some glue. I’ve been hesitant on investing in a new chair out of fear that it may not be as comfortable as i’d like it to be. But im writing this review because of how much i love this chair. This chair is extremely comfortable and widely adjustable in many ways. I didn’t think the leg rest would be all that, but im going to be honest…it’s a game changer. Unbelievably comfortable chair with comfortable padding to sit on for long periods of time. This is my daily chair that i use to work from home and also for gaming, it gets at least 8hours of sitting time a day usually and after a couple weeks im still very impressed. The assembly for this chair was fairly straightforward as it came with detailed instructions and the tools you need to put it together, so no need to bust out the tool box. The adjustable aspects of the chair are fantastic, i can recline it almost flat and with the leg rest i can (and have) caught some good naps while relaxing. The lumbar support pillow is amazing too, not something i thought i would care for but its honestly helped some of my back stiffness and is extremely comfortable. The chair was shipped via ups and came a few days earlier than what amazon said it would. The only slight downside i would give this chair, is even at the lowest setting it still sits a little higher than my last chair, but i plan to order slides to replace the wheels to drop the height a bit, or even ordering a shorter gas lift. I have not had great experiences ordering chairs. So when I saw people claim this was a comfortable chair I was skeptical. But they are correct. I purposely moved my desk set up out of my bedroom because it's too easy to work on a laptop from bed. Plus, my previous chair began hurting me over time. With this chair, I am at my desk for most of the day until between 6 and midnight and when I get up there is no pain but I will add one thing, when I sat with my legs crossed and got up it did hurt. So make sure you're sitting properly. It feels pretty sturdy and when I turn the chair there's no squeaking. The wheels do make some noise when I move but it's not too much because I have a rug underneath to mitigate the sound. I love the pink and it goes with my aesthetic and set up which is pink with a kind of sage green accents. I love the armrests. Their natural curve allow me to work on the computer easily. I was surprised how the control works to move the back of the chair. You release the lever, adjust the back how you want, then push the lever down to lock it. While I love this, I'm hoping it lasts. I also need to look into how to clean the chair in case it gets dirty. But overall this is a wonderful, comfortable chair that also looks great. Read more
