This knee pillow really helped with my hip and lower back pain as a side sleeper. The memory foam offers firm, comfortable support and keeps my legs aligned. It’s also the perfect size—not too bulky, but just right to stay in place through the night. I love that the cover is removable and washable—super easy to clean and very soft. I was skeptical and waited a while before submitting this review. I've dealt with hip pain for a few months, that, while not debilitating, it awakened me several times each night as I slept. I am a side sleeper and had been sleeping with a pillow between my knees to help with the pain, but it did little to alleviate the pain. My massage therapist suggested that I purchase a firmer memory foam pillow specifically for between the knees because even the tiniest degree of reduced support could cause pain. She was right!! I got this pillow and within 2 or 3 days, I noticed a difference in my pain level. Now, it is all but gone. I can't believe the difference this pillow has made for me. Also, the size is just right and it is firm and supportive but not hard. If you're considering it, give it a try and maybe it will be as gamechanging for you as it's been for me. Read more

This was smaller than I thought but it helped when I had a hip injury. It helped me sleep on my side, I put it between my legs. It also helped my husband who is larger/heavier when he had a back injury. I suspect though, that for someone who had a more chronic injury or was heavier, this pillow would gradually deflate and would not be a long term solution. I was pessimistic about this helping mt lower back pain, but after one night I could see a noticeable difference. It is much better than a standard pillow in that it stays in place as you turn over. It is not a cure all but it does contribute to significant relief. I highly recommend this product. Read more
