What an amazing scent ! Love at first sniff. Freshie fruity on first spray and then the dry down is earthy amber powdery . Not cloying - so worth it. The good reviews is definitely true. I go to pick up my grand daughter, at school and everyone was complimenting me on hiw great I smell, 2 staff at the front desk purchase Casablanca immediately when I told them where to get Casablanca on Amazon. Bottle came in leaking inside the box upon opening. Very oily. Lucky Amazon refunded me due to the fragrance spill . Aside from the issue it’s a gorgeous caramel apple and fresh whipped shaving cream scent. I know that sounds wierd but all 3 of those notes describe This fragrance perfect. Woody caramel vanilla. You guys, I literally just got this today. Please BUY IT. I am perfumes-obsessed. I have an unhealthy obsession with perfumes. Have way too many and THIS is one of the BEST smells ever. It smells beautiful, feminine, light. It's a little sweet (which I normally don't like) but the sweetness is complimented with the patchouli and musk, so it's just pretty and light. This fragrance gets usually positive reviews online. It has about 4 stars on Fragrantica and almost 5 stars on Google reviews. Many users say this fragrance smells like caramel apples, amber, woods, sweet, smokey, etc…. According to a Google overview, it containers notes of apple, grapes, patchouli, orris, amber, balsam, musk, and vanilla. I believe this is also unisex. After reading many user reviews, I decided to blind buy this fragrance. I am not a fragrance connoisseur, but I have been starting a small Arabian perfume collection. I was looking for a nice “demure”/ sophisticated fragrance, but this is NOT it. Upon spraying it on my skin, all I can smell is some sort of suede/leather mixed with some kind of fruit. It doesn’t really transform into anything and honestly just smells the same for hours. It is headache-inducing and definitely leans more masculine. I sprayed this on a piece of paper to see if it would smell any different but it does not. I am aware that it is best to let certain fragrances macerate but I’m not sure I can consciously have his fragrance taking up space in my collection for that long. This smells like an old cologne that’s been collecting dust on your dad’s dresser. Please do not smell this on an empty stomach either. Nice bottle but the scent is a little off, and I heard that's common with Middle Eastern fragrances so I'll store it away for awhile and we'll see if that helps. It's only off a little, and you can smell some pretty notes during dry down so I'm sure it won't need much time. Nothing like Riiffs Momento, that stuff STINKS and will probably need to sit a full year. lol Read more
