These rain suits are useful and of good quality. We bought a small and a medium kids size. We used them in the rain and the snow this winter and they still look brand new! I bought the size 10 for my very tall and very skinny 9 year old son to use on a salmon fishing trip on the Canada-Alaska border (Langara). Both the jacket and pants are excellent quality with elastic pull straps in all the right places. The fit was ideal for my son- a bit long in the sleeves however this is how he prefers it so he can cover his hands when cold. This was the 3rd year my son has been salmon fishing however the previous 2 years we fished 500 miles south (Hakai) where the weather was a bit warmer. To stay warm this year, my son ended up wearing 4 layers of long underwear under the jacket and pants and then a pair of the lodges bibs over the pants. Next year I plan to pack these again incase of warm weather but given the fact that he is miserable and has no interest in fishing when he is shivering, I will also be buying him a jacket and bibs for VERY cold and wet weather. I love this rain suit! This is my second purchase. The first one is still in great condition, but it’s now too small for my child. I was hesitant and took long to chose from any option and companies . Bought 2 sets for my boys . One is 7 years old I bough size 8 , he’s petite and skinny so it fit him perfectly . My oldest that 10 is more of a bulky body and usually shop for him sizes 14/16 or even 18 , there’s times I have to shop adults in small, wish it had a husky size. Just don’t give full 5 start size doesn’t offer husky but qualify is great! Read more

Great rainsuit! I purchased the size 10 for my 8 year old and the size 8 for my (almost) 6 year old. We sized up with the intention of giving them some growing room, and I would say they were probably still a bit on the big side if I'd had my 8 year old wear the size 8. No problem for us though, just gives them more wear time. The cuffs on wrist and on the ends of the pants have elastic so it was easy to get a good fit despite being a bit big. My boys wore them all week in Colorado through rain storms, and played in streams, and they stayed dry. Even hiking up a mountain and being rough in these suits didn't result in any rips. These are MUCH better quality than the Frog Togs brand. I only wish they had smaller sizes for my youngest son. Read more
