A cool upgrade!
Grandson really wanted a "blue controller", but whoa the price. This on the other hand was much more affordable, and he LOVES Spiderman, s it definitely did the trick. It easy to fit onto the existing controller, and actually helps him to hold onto it better. Not to mention it looks rad! A perfect compromise. Read more
Fine, with some added latency.
For the price, its hard to complain. You get 2 controllers that are rechargeable, and a dock to charge them. The dock also will charge your standard switch 1 joycon controllers. The only complaint is that there is a small amount of latency. Just enough that I, an avid gamer, notice. My kids who game much less dont notice. For them, having these as extra controllers is nice. I wish the latency was reduced, but with the type of connection they use I dont think its possible. Youd likely have yo spend more than double to get the latency down. The build quality is fine. The controllers are light feeling but the controll buttons are all pretty good. The feel is similar to an Xbox controller, with just slightly different proportions. The buttons are tactile enough, and the sticks feel reasonable to use. Overall I'm happy, but the small amount of latency does really interfere with my own gaming, even if it doesn't effect my kids as much. Read more
