It seems these run small. I am an average woman and although the chest strap is comfortable, the sleeve itself is tight! I could only stand it for about 20 minutes. What it does is bring the shoulder 'in' and it DOES WORK - My shoulder felt better the minute I put it on. It narrows at the edge. I thought that was my only problem (duh!) so I cut off the edge. The neoprene doesn't unravel, I don't know why it needed binding stitched at the end. Anyway, It's STILL too tight around the arm. I'm going to try a different style with Velcro closures. This one, you just push your arm in then struggle it over your head. Experiment successful. Read more
