SYBO Commercial Coffee Maker 12 Cup Pour Over Drip Coffee Maker Brewer with 3 Lower Warmers Stainless Steel

I got this coffee machine for our local Woman’s Club. We have monthly meetings there but we also rent out our building for parties and events. The single pot coffee maker we had wasn’t sufficient, we needed something that could handle larger groups and this one has been great. It brews a full pot pretty quickly and being able to have three carafes going has been great. It brews really smooth tasting coffee. The heating elements keep each carafe nice and hot without any burning taste. It’s really simple to use, we add water manually(haven’t tried hooking it up to a water source buts it’s nice to have that option) and it’s really easy to clean. The ease of use and cleaning were really important to us, we have been offering the coffee machine as part of our building rental and it’s working well for people without any issues.
