I got this coffee machine for our local Woman’s Club. We have monthly meetings there but we also rent out our building for parties and events. The single pot coffee maker we had wasn’t sufficient, we needed something that could handle larger groups and this one has been great. It brews a full pot pretty quickly and being able to have three carafes going has been great. It brews really smooth tasting coffee. The heating elements keep each carafe nice and hot without any burning taste. It’s really simple to use, we add water manually(haven’t tried hooking it up to a water source buts it’s nice to have that option) and it’s really easy to clean. The ease of use and cleaning were really important to us, we have been offering the coffee machine as part of our building rental and it’s working well for people without any issues. Very efficient and useful to have when you are having those larger family get together. We never have seemed to make enough coffee. Not this time. Having this provided an ample amount of coffee to go around. Was a life saver. Read more

This 12-cup glass coffee decanter has been a part of my daily coffee ritual for a few weeks now, and I can't wait to use it more. It is, quite honestly, a major advance from my old, cracked coffee pot. I have faith that the glass can endure regular usage because it is sturdy and thick. Similar to the original, it fits my SYBO coffee maker well. This decanter easily accommodates the entire 12 cups of coffee that I prepare every morning for my family. I love that I can pour coffee right away without having to wait for it to cool down since the handle is cool to the touch and robust. There isn't much one can say about a glass coffee pot replacement for one that was broken, but this one does the trick. Like others, we accidentally broke our previous glass coffee pot decanter and needed to replace it as soon as possible. I cannot go without my morning coffee, so I needed to order one right away. I spotted this one and am so glad I did. It came immediately, and fit both of our coffee makers perfectly. It is well-made and sturdy and the glass is super clear.
