I like this mat and it's a good value for the price. The size is perfect for my small office. My mat does not have the adhesive on the bottom like some of the reviewers do. I even retrieved the box from the recycling to make sure there was nothing else in it. It does have rubber on the bottom that helps somewhat, but it still slides quite a bit as I use it. I have been using the office chair mat for about a week now and it has been fantastic. The mat comes rolled from the box and it didn't take long to flatten out like a day or so. The material appears thin but the material quality feels very sturdy on the top side. I really like the grippy underside of the mat and keeps the mat steady from shifting around the floor when rolling back and forth on the mat. Cleaning the mat is pretty easy and can be done with wiping it with a damp cloth. It's a good size that works for my desk area and is a decent thickness to protect the floors. I have it placed length wise as I sit further back from my desk sometimes. My main issue is that it does move around as I move my chair from left to right. I'll notice the mat is no longer perpendicular to the desk and will slant. Read more
