So far, this is working fine for me, with sound and picture reproduction that meet my personal standards. Because it is old and reconditioned, I'm holding my breath; but so far, so good. Came as described with original remote control (needing batteries). No original manual, but none was promised. Uses the three jacks: I don't think it has any other way of plugging into the TV set. Goes back and forth between DVD and VCR at the touch of a control button, either on the remote or on the unit itself. I'm totally pleased with this DVD/VCR and I would have been glad to buy it new in 2003. It's as good as it got back then for combo units. It came in a custom Sylvania box with pics of the unit on the sides. It's good as new and works perfectly. I'm smiling Read more
