Easy to install under the cabinet and great picture and sound quality. It also has the option to hook cable up to it if you want. Start up is slow at first each time you turn on a sit connects to wifi and or Bluetooth but not too bad. My only complaint if I had to say was when you turn it off, it also turns off the clock so you have to reset it each time you turn the TV on. Read more

It is a nice and great tv, i bought mine since 2023, never had issues, high quality images and sounds, that tv make me like to stay in my kitchen, even when I have friends coming at home, they always ask me to send them the link to buy it, I really recommend this tv, I don't why people make bad reviews. And if you need assistance for anything just contact the customer service, they will help you quickly I just contact them at service@sylvoxtv.com to change my remote because it just broken. Read more

We decided to purchase this TV based on the size and location. We wanted this in the kitchen. It was easy to set up and install. The hardware is included but we did have to brace the underside of our cabinet since we wanted it under the cabinets. My husband was able to do this and get it installed. The teleivsion is easy to set up since it's google. Just enter your information, follow the prompts and boom you're in. I was able to easily install all the Google apps. I was able to pair it up to my kitchen speakers. Overall this is a great little TV. Easy to install, manuever and set up. I'm enjoying it. Read more

The TV works well, but the mounting plate assumes no relief (overhang) under the counter. I had to make a spacer to get the TV to fit properly. The biggest issues is our displayed clock on the TV didn't work properly and would reset to 1200 every time the TV was turned off. Sylvox tried to get me to replace the battery (which didn't fix the issue), then sent a new TV and when that battery was bad, they offered to pay for a new battery and installation costs. This finally fixed the displayed clock time and I am waiting for the repair repayment from them. As mentioned, the TV itself works great and has lots of channels and options for watching. The battery/clock issue is known by Sylvox, but has yet to be handled by them. Also, the Sylvox customer service team is less-than-great and is very sporadic; sometimes I would get responses right away and other times it would take days. Email seemed to work best. I never got an answer to my call. Buyer just be smart and beware. Read more

So far so good - picture is exceptional. Speakers are good, but are behind the TV so sound is obviously going in the wrong direction. I used a small piece of wood between the cabinet ceiling and mounting bracket so it would rotate freely under the cabinet. Lastly and it’s a minor issue, theres a problem syncing the Roku with turning the set on/off and volume adjustment as the Sylvox name is not listed with the Roku remote, which I am continuing to find a work-around. Otherwise a nice TV for underneath the kitchen cabinet - would definitely buy again😊✅. Read more

Cheap "you know who" junk. Cannot skip channels, no last channel return, and you have to tune into every channel once every few hours to have the schedule cover all channels. Will also randomly switch to the home screen in the middle of whatever you are watching. Today whilst watching a program the turner changed to Andora and wouldn't even scan. Had to unplug power for an hour and then had to reset up the whole thing! 😞 Read more
