The television works well. The picture is clear and relatively bright, and the sound is very good without a soundbar.....it's just right for our 4-season sunroom. Setup was straight forward except for adding an Amazon Fire TV Stick....I could not get the volume and on/off controls to work, and Svlvox is not listed as a selection with the Fire TV Stick for the brand of TV I had. Getting through to support was a lengthy process (many attempts by phone & email), but I finally got an answer on what to do....select "Toshiba" as the brand....and when I did that, I got full functionality. Concluding thoughts: 1 - It's a good TV for a sunroom - the price & performance are right for me (they have another version for "full-sun"). 2 - Setup - there needs to be documentation with Sylvox (either online or written) on what to do with a Fire TV Stick (it would be good to have it somewhere on Amazon also). 3 - Sylvox Service Support - they need more people to answer their inquiries - they have the answers when you finally connect, it's just too hard to reach them. So far so good!!! I did have to buy a bigger mount but was able to use a few of the holes from the previous mount! It looks and works great! I added my Firestick to the back and was able to put the waterproof cover back on! It’s under an eave and I’m not too worried about the back getting wet. But then I logged into Google TV and was able to get all my apps - DirecTv, Apple TV, Paramount +, Prime, Disney, Hulu, NetFlix, etc. The picture quality is amazing! And I was in full sun! It’s like watching TV inside. I went from baseball to soccer to Godfather 2 with no issues or complaints. Frankly, I am surprised at the quality and value! If you were cautious like me, I read review after review from a few sources. The housing is amazing yet the TV is not that heavy. It even has an internal cooling fan! Highly recommend!!! Read more

We’ve been extremely happy with our SYLVOX 55” Outdoor TV. The picture quality is excellent and it performs exactly as expected in an outdoor setting. We did run into a small issue at one point, but what really stood out was the spectacular customer service from the SYLVOX team. They were responsive, professional, and genuinely focused on resolving the concern quickly. Sally, in particular, was an absolute rockstar—clear communication, fast follow-ups, and made the whole process painless. Great product backed by even better support. After burning through 3 indoor TV's in my cabana over 2.5 years I decided to get the Sylvox 55" - WOW, this is a great TV! - although it's covered and in partial shade, lots of sun makes its way in to the cabana and this TV is bright! The picture is outstanding too - I recommend a soundbar or like I did, 2 outdoor speakers on each side facing me as the internal speaker sucks - Note: this is a heavy TV - if you're mounting it over your head you'll need some help - only thing I wish it had was Alexa built in - other than that, an AWESOME purchase. I'm not big on writing reviews but wanted to share my recent positive experience with my "SYLVOX Outdoor TV, 55 inch Smart TV Waterproof Outdoor TVs, 4K Weatherproof Television" We've been very happy with the TV but after just over 6 months it failed to complete its boot up sequence. The screen just remained black after the splash logo comes up. I contacted customer support who asked me to share pictures and video, serial number, warranty cert and upon diagnosis they shipped a box for return of the old unit and shipped a new unit. All in all we were back up and running in a week. Not sure I could ask for much better service than that. We love this TV and picture quality is great considering every TV would be challenged outdoors. Thank you. Read more
