I tried this product to help with issues i have with bloating and discomfort after I eat. I saw a review that pointed out that live cultures suspended in fluid are more effective than powdered products as not all cultures reconstitute when water is added. This is the first probiotic that actually works for me. I no longer feel weighed down after eating which makes me feel more energetic. I've been using this for several months and will continue too do so, it's made such a difference. Read more

I have had IBS for over 20 years and this is probably the best probiotic that I have ever used. That said, the price on Amazon is MORE THAN DOUBLE what you will pay any anywhere else. I was stupid and ordered it from here without researching. And it's not like you get it sooner. It is still shipping from the UK, the only place you can get it. Contact Symprove directly and you will get the best price and the shipping time is still the same. If this came next day, I might let it go but you literally get no benefit whatsoever ordering it from here, even with a Prime account. Read more
