Been using these drops consistently for over a year now, usually once or twice a day, especially after long work sessions. The soothing effect is noticeable almost immediately. Within seconds, my eyes feel more comfortable and less strained, which makes it easier to keep working or reading. They feel effective without causing stinging or irritation, and I haven’t had any negative skin reactions around the eyes, even with frequent use. For me, right after applying the drops, my vision gets slightly blurry for the first few minutes. It clears up on its own, but it’s something to plan around, especially if you need to look at a screen or drive right away. Another minor issue is the bottle design. Some bottles don’t open smoothly, and when squeezing, it’s easy to dispense more drops than intended. That can be wasteful, especially for a product that isn’t cheap. I recently had lasik eye correction and these drops are so soothing. In my opion they are better than the competitors. The hydration is long lasting and effective. I tried a few different brands but the effects do not last like these. The preservative free allows you to use them as needed and wont irritate your eyes. The Systane PRO PF Multi-dose Preservative-Free works really well if your eyes are dry. It does have a slightly milky mixture where it’s best if you use them without contact lenses. It will not damage the contacts, but just blurry for a little bit with the kind of lenses on. The substance in this is slightly sticky on the eyes, but it will wear off after a short time. I would try to use an exact drop so you don’t waste using it. I would recommend this product. Study the consistency of other Systane products so you know what the product is made of. Read more

This product is more comfortable in my eyes than other brands I’ve used, and the moisturizing effects seem to last longer. So far I’ve experienced no rebound irritation at all. However the design of the dropper part of the bottle is awkward to use. It’s hard to position the opening directly over my eye, and I often just miss getting the drops into my eye. It’s also necessary to squeeze with more pressure and for a longer time to get the drops to come out of the bottle compared to other “usual” bottle designs.
